Sam Feder (he/him), Director, DISCLOSURE
Cited by Indiewire as an “exciting trans filmmaker shaking up Hollywood,” Sam’s work explores the power dynamics and politics of media-driven identity connecting urgent issues in the trans community to the struggles of the past. The Advocate named Sam’s feature, Kate Bornstein is a Queer & Pleasant Danger, one of the best LGBT documentaries of 2014. Feder's work has been supported by the Ford Foundation, Fork Films, the Jerome Foundation, the MacDowell Colony, and Yaddo.
S. Mona Sinha (she/her), Executive Producer, Disclosure
S. Mona Sinha is an advocate for gender equality in business and society. She has parlayed a career in finance (Morgan Stanley), marketing (Unilever) and restructuring (Elizabeth Arden/Unilever) to work at the intersection of social justice and women’s leadership.
She is currently the Board Chair of Women Moving Millions , a community of women who fund big and bold ($1 million+) to create a gender equal world. She is an Executive Producer of Disclosure , a documentary film on the representation of trans peoples, which premiered at Sundance in January 2020. She is a member of the ERA Coalition which seeks to include a constitutional amendment of equality on the basis of sex. It was adopted in the US House of Representatives in February 2020 and awaits Senate ratification.

Moni Vargas is an Emmy-nominated filmmaker and multidisciplinary artist who believes in the power of broad representation in media, art and storytelling as tools for social change. Joining Breakthrough, a nonprofit human rights media organization, as the Creative and Program Director is the perfect opportunity to merge her passion for the arts and culture change.
